- Yay a semi-regular journal update! Ummm not much as been going on, still working as per usual..though school has started for everyone else XD It feels weird not going back to school...
- Though I plan to! I'm going to add to my art list that I'll start working on a portfolio for Max the Mutt...they allow anime/manga styles there
(WTC did NOT allow it, and =Grim-away said that A.I. Institute in BC didn't either)- So far the studio and bedroom are STILL a mess..but they're slowly progressing. I'm making room and such...
- Though at work my mind HAS been brainstorming a lot lately! Two new stories have developed in my head so far XD One is called "Twig" ( Don't ask <_< ) and the other is called "Time Traveler Braoque", it came to life from the cosplay I did. I'm excited and want to start developing them more! I've been researching a little too.
- Sadly I think I might have to skip on new cosplays this fall and winter. In a way it's disappointing, but at the same time it's the smart thing to do. I'm saving for Japan next year after-all! Plus hopefully Anime Boston...I'll probably be working on the costume for that and the ones for Ai-kon only, since I know Mikala is gonna cost a pretty penny >_<;; Speaking of Ai-kon, Grim and I are hopefully gonna do another panel this year! This time celebrating Studio Ghibli's work
Thus why the Nausicaa cosplay XD Also we hope to get an art table...so you should HOPEFULLY see more fanart coming november-january and onward, since we want to get a head start so we're not rushing by the time July comes 'round.- Well...that's mostly it for updating, I WOULD start on cosplay right now, but I'm finishing up some bad splurging expenses XD;; This is the last month I promise! If not everybody kick me in the pants
